40 foot floating T-dock for sale. Located just west of Sharbot Lake at O’Reilly Lake Resort. Built in 2021 by Newbury Contracting. Constructed of pressure treated lumber and galvanized steel connecting hardware. Dock is 40 feet long, with three x 10’ finger sections and one x 10x10’ platform section. Platform section comes with four x 40lb concrete tube anchors on galvanized steel chains mounted to the platform corners, adjustable to water depth changes over the summer. Platform has dock rings and rope cleats to tie-off small watercraft alongside. Dock is in excellent condition. Available for viewing at its current installed location on Friday evenings after 5:30pm, or weekends. Asking $3500. Buyer needs to arrange pick-up and transportation. Must be picked up by October 19th.
