Identify, source, order, and track parts while ensuring accurate billing and timely delivery. Receive, store, manage, and reallocate parts, processing returns as necessary. Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, work orders, and system updates. Support inventory management through counts, audits, and process improvements. What you need to be successful: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate inventory management. Proficiency in data entry, order processing, and basic mathematical calculations. Effective communication and collaboration with suppliers, colleagues, and supervisors. Problem-solving ability to find alternative parts and resolve discrepancies. Adaptability and time management skills to handle changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
