Custom Offset Smokers

I build custom offset smokers based on the Texas BBQ offset style. For a personalized look, included is your choice of metal cutouts for the body lid and firebox door. They are built from 100 LB propane tanks, which have an 1/8" wall thickness. The firebox is fabricated out of 1/4" mild steel, with an 1/8" sheet welded onto the 1/4" top to act as a cooking surface. The total grill area inside the chamber is 14 1/4" x 33" The stack is a 4" ID and 40" tall. It is removable for easy storage/transporting. It also includes: - dual temperature gauges - a removable drip plate - a ball valve and 2 gal bucket for easy grease collection - removable scoop baffle plate - stack damper - adjustable firebox door Customization can be done, if you have any design ideas or specific extras you would like included let me know and I can give you a quote.
