The Project Coordinator must be able to work hands-on across remote, rugged job sites in rural Saskatchewan. An extensive self-directed multi-hat broad project coordination in isolated rural areas, including subcontractors, budgets, scheduling, material procurement, contracts, general trades (e.g., framing, concrete, cladding, millwork) supervision, coordination across building scopes, or field mobilization. Build and manage ICI vertical construction projects without layers of support staff. Able to lead multidisciplinary construction sites in small crews. Full site execution authority should have strong field decision-making, trade issue resolution, or logistical responses. Candidates will be given preference for hands-on coordination under local codes or labor conditions. The candidate should have 5+ years of relevant experience in industrial, commercial, or institutional construction and a civil engineering diploma. Other Job Duties 1.
