Key Responsibilities - Receive, inspect, and handle raw meat in compliance with health and safety standards. - Prepare ingredients and raw materials for further processing - Follow all food safety (HACCP), sanitation, and workplace safety procedures. - Lifting and moving materials: Routinely lift, push, or pull objects weighing between 25–50 lbs - Use of manual and electric meat processing tools such as grinders, slicers, saws, and mixers. Skills and Qualifications: - Comfortable working in refrigerated environments. - Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks. - Strong attention to detail and hygiene. - Ability to work independently or as part of a team. - Physical ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs as needed.
