ShareWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Heavy Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and truck repair skills, ensuring that they can handle various towing situations with professionalism and efficiency. This role requires excellent customer service skills, as you will be interacting with clients in distress and providing them with the support they need during challenging times. Responsibilities Operate tow trucks to safely transport vehicles to designated locations. Assess vehicle conditions and determine the best towing methods. Provide roadside assistance, including jump-starts, tire changes, and fuel delivery. Maintain accurate records of services rendered and vehicle condition reports. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding service requests. Ensure all equipment is in good working order and perform routine maintenance checks. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while on the road. Qualifications Valid commercial driver's license AZ is required. Must Have Tow Driver Certificate or willing to get one. Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in truck repair preferred. Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable. Ability to operate forklifts or other heavy machinery is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
