The position consists solely of carrying out repairs and renovations. There is no administrative work to be done. Apartment available to live in the building MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Plastering Painting Minor plumbing: replace sink, taps, tap cartridges, toilets, unblocking, etc. Minor electrical work: install fixtures, replace old outlets, smoke detectors, etc. Apartment renovation: kitchen, flooring, bathroom Apartment repairs: kitchen doors, wardrobe doors, etc. Interior finishing: moldings, framing, kitchen countertops, ceramic, closet shelves and rods, doors and hardware, locksmith work, etc. Building envelope: sealing and caulking JOB REQUIREMENTS · 3 + years of experience · Good communication and courtesy with tenants · Car and valid driver's license · Resident custodian · Communication skills in French and English required SALARY .
