Looking for a RESIDENT concierge for a multi-unit residential building in Montreal The job includes: - Building maintenance (cleanliness, waste management, exterior landscaping summer + winter, etc.); - Collecting rent on the 1st of each month; - Repairing minor damages in the building (plumbing, hardware, etc.); - Getting to know the tenants to maintain a respectful atmosphere; - Reporting any situations requiring intervention to the owner; - Being available year-round for emergencies.
