Hello, my name is Marcello Stravato and I am an ISSA certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist. I own the local business Elevate Training, that operates out of a private gym on May Street, that also includes a pool and sauna. I have played hockey and soccer competitively for 22 years and have been training in the gym for 8 years. I have experienced the ladder for playing up to AAA hockey/OHL camps, and currently play in D2 mens league soccer. Over the past 5 years I’ve helped hundreds of clients achieve their goals through exercise, nutrition, recovering from injury, and boosting mental health. I also have experience training physically and intellectually disabled clients.
