Room for Sublease

Looking for female to sublet my room in a 2 bedroom apartment with another female. Looking for someone friendly and clean. The available room is very bright, has a large window, a large closet and a chest of drawers. We have a LARGE balcony overlooking a peaceful courtyard. The apartment is located in a quiet street. The sublease is for 2 months, July 1st to Aug 31st. The rent is $700, all included with complete furnishings(bed, mattress, reading table and chair, wifi, electricity, hydro).
