DRIVER - DELIVERY PERSON CLASS 3 - LOCAL DELIVERIES Full time • Delivery of food products St-Laurent • Departure between 7am and 8am in the morning • ________________________________________ Are you looking for a stable, dynamic and well-paid job? Join our team in St-Laurent and help efficiently deliver refrigerated food products to our customers throughout the greater Montreal area. We are looking for reliable, punctual and professional drivers for local routes. ________________________________________ What we offer • Stable and permanent position • Salary: $25/hour • Overtime paid at time and a half (after 40 hours) • 8 to 10 working hours per day - Monday to Friday (Saturday possible) • Winning Drive Program with bonuses up to an additional $3/hour • Group insurance – Telemedicine after probation period (50% paid by employer) • Paid vacation + personal paid days (or sick leave) • Allowance for purchasing work boots and clothing • Paid training upon hiring • Assigned truck • Respectful and growing work environment ________________________________________ Your responsibilities • Safely drive a commercial automatic 26 feet refrigerated truck • Perform safety inspection before each departure and report all defects and anomalies • Deliver products along established routes and sequences • Provide courteous and efficient customer service • Respect schedules and internal procedures • Handle merchandise safely • Maintain regular communication with your supervisor • May perform other related tasks • Use of GeotabDrive software (Hours of service, RdS recording, defects...) ________________________________________ Requirements • Valid Class 3 F driver's license (Class 1 an asset, M endorsement an asset) • Possess a clean and recent driving record (less than 3 months old) • 3 years of relevant experience OR diploma • Good physical condition • Sense of responsibility and professional attitude • Knowledge of the Montreal territory (asset) • Experience with electric pallet jack and freight elevator (asset) • Proficiency in French desired.
