We are currently in need of a reliable and experienced Bookkeeper to help maintain accurate financial records and support our day-to-day operations. Knowledge and experience in Acomba is a must. Responsibilities: Record and classify financial transactions in Acomba Reconcile bank and credit card statements Monthly invoicing and rent collection Manage accounts payable and receivable Assist with payroll and expense tracking Prepare monthly financial summaries Ensure proper documentation and filing of records Coordinate with our accountant for monthly and year-end procedures Requirements: Hands-on experience with Acomba (this is a must) Solid grasp of bookkeeping fundamentals Experience in IT or real estate environments is an asset Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Able to work independently and manage deadlines Bilingual (French/English) preferred Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year Additional pay: Bonus pay Overtime pay Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Experience: ACOMBA SOFTWARE: 2 years (required) Language: English (required) French (required) Work Location: In person Expected start date: 2025-06-23
