Role As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for converting marketing-generated leads into concrete sales opportunities, prospecting new clients, and closing deals. You will work closely with the product team to present Livesnap to potential customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions. You will contribute to continuously improving the sales process, track performance metrics, and support the growth of a solution that is revolutionizing strategic monitoring. What is Livesnap? Our mission is to automate monitoring tasks, expand information coverage, and help organizations make better decisions by providing a competitive advantage through AI-powered business intelligence. Your future responsibilities Convert leads into opportunities: turn marketing-generated leads into qualified sales opportunities. Prospect new clients: identify, target, and reach out to new prospects via phone, email, and networking to generate sales and grow the customer base. Qualify prospects: assess their needs and determine how Livesnap can deliver value, while maintaining a high volume of outreach activities. SaaS experience: demonstrate prior experience selling SaaS or business intelligence solutions to accelerate the sales cycle and effectively address the needs of technology-oriented clients. Present and customize our solutions: present Livesnap to potential clients, identify their requirements, and propose tailored solutions. Design and deliver structured, compelling service offers to convert prospects into customers. Build lasting relationships: establish long-term trust-based relationships with clients, proactively follow up, and provide exceptional post-sale support. Organize demos and meetings: schedule and conduct product demonstrations, and coordinate client meetings with the product team. Track and report results: monitor key performance indicators, report on sales outcomes, and suggest concrete actions to meet targets. Market intelligence and continuous improvement: stay updated on new features, market trends, and pricing strategies. Participate in industry events and trade shows to identify new opportunities and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. What we’re looking for Proven experience in business development, prospecting, or B2B sales. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal, in French and English. Experience using CRM software (HubSpot or equivalent) to manage leads and track opportunities. Strong understanding of sales analytics and performance metrics. Ability to customize presentations, deliver compelling product demos, and manage the entire sales cycle. Team player with autonomy, results-driven mindset, and a 'hunter' mentality for developing new business. Ability to analyze market data and adapt messaging to different target segments. Nice-to-have qualifications Prior experience selling artificial intelligence or business intelligence solutions. Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, or online advertising. A strong professional network within the business community (technology, services, industries, universities, public relations, etc.) and the ability to leverage it for generating new opportunities.
