Musicians Wanted! Saskatoon's Newest Adult Concert Band

Brave Guinea Pigs (BGP) is Saskatoon's newest non-auditioned adult concert band. We meet Monday evenings, 7:30-9:00 from September to early December, and then again from February to early May. Currently 35 members strong, BGP is aimed at those who haven't played in a while, but who kept that flute/clarinet/saxophone/trumpet/trombone all these years in hopes that they might one day pick it up again. The band performs primarily pop music (lots of TV and movie themes), at a difficulty level comparable to that of a second or third year school band. BGP is directed by Streetnix alumnus BJ Harris (who also directs Saskatoon's 200-member pop vocal ensemble, Joy of Vox).
