Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor AI-based weapon detection and access control systems at hospital entry points. Engage with patients, visitors, and staff in a professional and empathetic manner during screenings. Respond to alerts, conduct secondary screenings, and escalate issues as needed. Provide clear directions and reassurance to individuals entering the facility. Maintain accurate incident logs and system performance records. Collaborate with healthcare staff, internal security, and law enforcement as required. Follow infection control and hospital safety protocols while ensuring smooth entry flow. This role reports to the Lead Coordinator (LC) of the respective clinic. In this role, you will provide excellence in front desk operations, clinic workflow and service to support therapists and clients to deliver a lasting impression on each client.
