Identify, source, order, and track parts while ensuring accurate billing and timely delivery. Receive, store, manage, and reallocate parts, processing returns as necessary. Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, work orders, and system updates. Support inventory management through counts, audits, and process improvements. What you need to be successful: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate inventory management. Proficiency in data entry, order processing, and basic mathematical calculations. Effective communication and collaboration with suppliers, colleagues, and supervisors. Problem-solving ability to find alternative parts and resolve discrepancies. Adaptability and time management skills to handle changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role reports to the Lead Coordinator (LC) of the respective clinic. In this role, you will provide excellence in front desk operations, clinic workflow and service to support therapists and clients to deliver a lasting impression on each client. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, eagerness and passion for getting things done in an efficient and accurate manner, all while upholding Axis standards. The responsibilities and tasks laid out for the position are representative of those that this individual is expected to perform.
