We are seeking an intermediate to senior Project Manager to oversee multi-disciplinary project teams in the mining, energy, and industrial sectors. This role requires both strong project management expertise and experience with far north projects, including working with stakeholders and rights-holders. The successful candidate will ensure scope, schedule, budget, and safety standards are met while maintaining effective collaboration across teams and communities. Duties and Responsibilities Develop and manage detailed project plans including scope, schedule, and budget. Review and approve engineering designs to ensure compliance with project specifications. Work closely with stakeholders, rights-holders, contractors, and vendors to ensure efficient and respectful project delivery. Monitor progress, quality, and materials used to maintain project standards. Conduct risk management assessments and develop mitigation strategies. Manage and allocate resources including personnel, equipment, and materials. Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance in all project phases. Prepare reports, forecasts, and progress updates for stakeholders. Conduct project evaluations and capture lessons learned to improve future performance. Intermediate to senior-level project management experience (minimum 5+ years). Proven experience with far north projects, including environmental and geographical constraints. Demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders and rights-holders. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (asset). Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and risk management. Proficient with MS Office Suite, MS Project, and SAP. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Peter Lucas Project Management is seeking a Field Expeditor to join our team. In this role, you will support project execution by coordinating and monitoring the delivery of materials, equipment, and services to site. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in the field to resolve supply chain and logistics challenges. Peter Lucas is a project management business specializing in the heavy industrial, mining, construction, and oil & gas sectors. Our head office is based in Saskatoon, but our project professionals and initiatives span across the country. The Ideal Candidate will install new residential services on behalf of multiple utility and communication companies. This project covers the following contract areas: Regina and surrounding communities (Pilot Butte, White City, Emerald Park) Saskatoon, Dalmeny, Martensville, Warman As a Field Expeditor, you will act as the primary point of contact between Crown representatives, Contractors, and Customers. You’ll provide on-site monitoring, design support, site readiness checks, inspection, reporting, logistical coordination, and oversight of various projects under the Distribution Construction Management team.
