The hours a flexible the only constraint is the airbnb needs to be cleaned on check out and those days are speradic. Details: Location: Saskatoon, SK Start Date: Immediate Hours: Less than 15 hours/week (Flexible) Compensation: Negotiable, based on experience About role: I’m looking for a reliable and hardworking housekeeper to help maintain my home and manage my Airbnb rental(s). This role can be live-in or live-out, depending on what works best for you. I’m seeking someone long term and flexible as the airbnb needs to be cleaned on any day of the week between 12 and 5pm depending on when they check out. (I am normally able to fill in if needed). You’ll be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized home, preparing meals, and ensuring the Airbnb suite(s) are guest-ready after checkouts. Also possible yard work, giving a helping hand when needed, and errands (depending on situation), I am a strong minded individual who wants people to give up limitations and grow into their full potential. It is not easy and not for everyone. But it is worth it. You will be challenged, corrected, and encouraged to do things properly. I offer reasonable hours and fair compensation. Responsibilities: • Housekeeping: Clean the inside of the home and the immediate outdoor areas. • Kitchen Maintenance: Dishes, cleaning inside and outside of appliances (fridge, oven, dishwasher, cupboards), pantry organization, and floors. • Laundry: Wash, dry, and fold household and personal items. • Meal Preparation: Assist with cooking and meal prep. • Airbnb Management: Clean and prepare Airbnb suite(s) after guest checkouts. • Guest Assistance: Welcome and serve guests as needed. • Pet Care: Help with basic pet care (if applicable). • House Sitting: Oversee the home when I am away. • Seasonal Maintenance: Rotate seasonal items in closets and clear expired pantry items. • Bed and Linen Care: Make beds and change linens regularly. • Extra: Plus an other duties that come up. Living Arrangements (for Live-In Candidates): • Private room provided (upstairs in a shared space). • Food provided (details to be discussed) (You make the supper & should be able to eat it). • Rent and food costs may be deducted from earnings, based on mutual agreement.
