Overview : DUROY Concrete Foundation Limited specializes in residential concrete formwork, renowned for our commitment to superior craftsmanship and quality. As we expand, we seek experienced individuals who are driven and dedicated to maintaining our high standards. Qualifications: * Work Ethic: Highly motivated, driven, hardworking, and committed to delivering quality workmanship. Maintain punctual attendance and reliability. * Availability: Able to work weekdays and weekends if needed. * Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable means of transportation. Experience; * Duraforms: 1-3 years * Concrete forming: 1-3 years Responsibilities: * Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials such as wood, lightweight steel, and concrete for structural and architectural components. * Establish and dismantle temporary formwork structures with precision and efficiency. * Inspect cribbing setups for stability and compliance with safety standards. * Collaborate with team members to optimize cribbing processes and improve workflow efficiency. * Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. * Document cribbing activities and report any issues or concerns to management promptly.
