Looking for a reliable and responsible person to cover for me as Building Manager while I’m out of the country between 3 and 4 times per year. The next time will be July 4th to July 18th, perfect for someone retired, semi-retired, self-employed, or working part-time who’s looking for a solid short-term gig. Job Details: • Pay: $25/hour CASH, paid in full at the end of the job • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (with a 1-hour lunch break) • Dates: July 4th to July 18th, 2025 • Location: Downtown Saskatoon Duties include: • Being present in the building during work hours • Supervising and coordinating cleaners and contractors • Responding to tenant requests (e.g., replacing light bulbs, basic maintenance coordination) • Keeping things running smoothly while I’m away Requirements: • Must have your own vehicle • Must provide a recent criminal record check • Friendly, dependable, and good with people • Comfortable handling small tasks and organizing others • Handy with basic fixes (or able to call appropriate contractor from our building’s pool of tradespeople) • Ideally retired, part-time worker, or self-employed with flexibility This is an easy-going but important role that helps keep the building running well while I’m away.
