Monitor progress, quality, and materials used to maintain project standards. Conduct risk management assessments and develop mitigation strategies. Prepare reports, forecasts, and progress updates for stakeholders. Conduct project evaluations and capture lessons learned to improve future performance. Intermediate to senior-level project management experience (minimum 5+ years). Proven experience with far north projects, including environmental and geographical constraints. Demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders and rights-holders. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (asset). Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and risk management. Proficient with MS Office Suite, MS Project, and SAP. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. In this role, you will support project execution by coordinating and monitoring the delivery of materials, equipment, and services to site. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in the field to resolve supply chain and logistics challenges. Peter Lucas is a project management business specializing in the heavy industrial, mining, construction, and oil & gas sectors. The Ideal Candidate will install new residential services on behalf of multiple utility and communication companies.
