Looking for a part time cleaner for commercial office and shop. This job is 3 days a week Monday, Wednesday and Friday. It roughly 3 hours in the afternoon after 5pm. You will need your own transportation. Your work duties may include but not only: • Maintaining the floors; vacuuming as needed and mopping small areas of hard surface floors • Strip and wax, if needed. (IF NOT TRAINED THATS OKAY)P • Cleaning and sanitizing: that includes washrooms, common entrance areas, working surfaces • Replenishing any used or missing supplies (toilet rolls, hand towels, hand soap) • Dusting office cubicles when needed • Cleaning and polishing surfaces • Spot cleaning walls, light switches and doors, and windows QUALIFICATIONS • Must have own transportation will need to drive to different areas at shop • At least 18 Years of age • You are a highly motivated individual able to workIndependently • Able to lift 50lbs if needed • Must be able to schedule and prioritize work • Ability to comprehend and communicate detailed instructions verbally and in writing • Ability to multitask, establish priorities, and work well under pressure • Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail APPLY DIRECTLY TO: Email: cramercleaning21@gmail.com
