Key Responsibilities Construction & Project Support • Assist with managing project timelines, schedules, and task tracking • Help coordinate site inspections, subcontractor meetings, and material deliveries • Prepare and maintain construction documents including RFIs, permits, change orders, and site reports • Organize drawings, blueprints, and project documentation • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth communication Administrative & Executive Support • Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meeting coordination • Screen calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the executive • Draft emails & reports as needed • Organize digital files, ensuring quick and easy access to information • Arrange schedule and logistics for site visits Operations & Office Management • Order and maintain office and site supplies • Assist with timesheets, payroll coordination, and invoice tracking • Support HR tasks such as onboarding, scheduling interviews, and maintaining employee records • Prepare expense reports and monitor basic budget tracking Finance & Document Handling • Process receipts and petty cash records • Assist with data entry for accounts payable and receivable • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and financial information ‍♂️ Personal Assistant Duties • Coordinate personal travel, accommodations, and reservations • Handle errands, shopping, or scheduling service appointments (e.g., vehicle maintenance, home services) • Book and manage personal events, reminders, and all out of office appointments, etc. on behalf of the executive Required Skills & Attributes • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment • Trustworthy, discreet, and professional when handling sensitive information • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and familiar with construction software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or Sage) We appreciate all applicants; however, only those who submit a resume will be considered and contacted

RESPONSIBILITIES • Strip and prep molds & rebar cage. • Strip molds and palletize product utilizing overhead cranes. Move product to storage. • Pouring of concrete, shoveling and finishing concrete. • Maintain shop cleanliness including organization of tools & supplies • Operate forklift to load and unload trucks. • Participate in safety program and contribute to a healthy, safe environment REQUIREMENTS • Minimum 2-year experience in precast concrete or related work. • You must be able to comfortably lift 75 lbs. • Ability to work overtime if required • Excellent communication skills, proficient English Language skills & able to clearly communicate. • You must have or get within 4 months of start date a valid 1st aid ticket, WHMIS and CSTS. • Have a positive attitude with a mindset towards problem solving. • Ability to work efficiently & safely within set safety guidelines. • Valid drivers license and own transportation.
