The Role: Lead, Manage & Execute: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who can also serve as a Site Supervisor to oversee residential and multifamily developments. You will be the driving force behind our projects, ensuring they run on time, on budget, and at the highest quality. Project Management : - Lead projects from permitting to final occupancy - Develop and maintain construction schedules (Monday.com, MS Project, etc.) - Gather and analyze quotations from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing and budget accuracy - Manage budgets, track costs, and oversee contracts - Coordinate with clients, consultants, trades, suppliers, and city officials - Ensure smooth workflow by anticipating and resolving project bottlenecks - Maintain clear and proactive communication with all stakeholders Site Supervision : - Conduct regular site visits to ensure milestones are met - Manage sub-trades, ensuring quality and safety standards - Troubleshoot site issues and make real-time decisions - Conduct inspections and quality control checks to maintain high standards The Ideal Candidate Will... - Thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously without losing attention to detail - Be a proactive problem-solver who doesn’t wait for issues to escalate—always finding ways to keep projects moving forward - Have a "people-first" leadership style, fostering strong relationships with trades, clients, and team members - Be highly organized, ensuring seamless communication between office operations and on-site teams - Adapt quickly to changes, making real-time decisions when challenges arise on-site or in project timelines - Embrace technology, leveraging construction management software and scheduling tools for efficiency - Have a deep understanding of construction processes, from permitting through final handover Job Type: Permanent Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour Expected hours: 50 per week Additional pay: • Commission pay Experience: • Site Supervisor: 2 years (preferred) Ready to AVN Homes?
