For the labor position some experience is necessary for the grade person position must have at least two years experience. we pay very competitive rates and have benefits. Must be willing to work at least 10 hours a day six days a week minimum

RESPONSIBILITIES • Strip and prep molds & rebar cage. • Strip molds and palletize product utilizing overhead cranes. Move product to storage. • Pouring of concrete, shoveling and finishing concrete. • Maintain shop cleanliness including organization of tools & supplies • Operate forklift to load and unload trucks. • Participate in safety program and contribute to a healthy, safe environment REQUIREMENTS • Minimum 2-year experience in precast concrete or related work. • You must be able to comfortably lift 75 lbs. • Ability to work overtime if required • Excellent communication skills, proficient English Language skills & able to clearly communicate. • You must have or get within 4 months of start date a valid 1st aid ticket, WHMIS and CSTS. • Have a positive attitude with a mindset towards problem solving. • Ability to work efficiently & safely within set safety guidelines. • Valid drivers license and own transportation.
