SOMETHING OLD - Antique Bridal Basket - $100 A beautiful gift for the bride. This type of basket was used in the late 1800’s to early 1900’s for a bride’s bouquet or as a tabletop display to hold the bride's flowers during the reception. Also makes a beautiful vase to display future arrangements. The height from bottom to top of the curved handle is 17 ½” and the ornate filigree and etched section is 8” across. Also includes a weighted frog to add stability. The basket has a natural tarnished patina to accent its age. Other than the patina there is no other signs of ware, no scratches dings or dents. The bottom is stamped EP lead and inside a diamond shape BP.
