These rooms are available for monthly rent, to health and wellness practitioners and are available starting June 15! These rooms are offered at competitive rates and will allow you to run your own business out of a professional clinic environment, without the hassle of a long term lease and the many additional expenses. The clinic is a quiet, clean, welcoming atmosphere, ideally suited to acupuncturists, physiotherapists, chiropractors, psychologist, nutritionists, naturopaths etc. If you don't see your profession listed but feel you may be a fit, reach out! The rooms are spacious, well lit, with brand new paint and flooring. Included with the room is all utilities including fiber optic wifi, as well as use of the shared reception area, client waiting space, huge staff room and shared laundry. There is plenty of parking in the building's own parking lot, as well as staff parking along the side of the building with a dedicated staff entrance.
