This is for when needed. This is a very nice complex and nicely furnished unit that you will be proud to live in. You are a studious, quiet, non-smoking male student (17 to 22 years old) who will help keep our home clean and tidy. The price is $600, and this includes three good meals a day. I supply and you make your breakfast. Lunch is prepared for you to eat at home, work, or school and consists of 1 or 2 sandwiches or leftovers from a previous dinner. There is 1 serving time at dinner, usually around 6:30 PM or as arranged. Dinner is a very good home-cooked buffet style meal of either chicken, beef, pork, pasta, or fish with rice and sometimes potatoes and a vegetable or a salad. You supply your beverages, desserts, and snacks. Central AC/Heat, cable, Wi-Fi, and electricity are included, as are all cleaning supplies, bedding, and towels. We live like a family of three and try to eat most dinners together. You often help with the last 20 minutes of the preparation of dinner and we all clean up after dinner. We also clean our home once every 2 weeks. Living here will be you another male student your age and me, a caring retired senior male. I sleep in the master bedroom. You need nothing except your clothes and personal hygiene products. There is plenty of storage space. Walking is 5 minutes to Toronto Metropolitan University and the Eaton Centre, 10 minutes to U of T and the Financial District, and 15 minutes to George Brown College on King St. East. This place is near Yonge and College, with the subway steps away. You have the use of a small gym in our building. Please respond with your WhatsApp number using Kijiji. The 7-day meal plan at Toronto Metropolitan University works out to $28.49 a day, not including the room costs. My charges work out to about $20 a day, and this $20 a day includes your living here. This becomes your home.
