Knows scripting in bash and/or python.  Is proficient in container design and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). Worked with continuous Integration and deployment (CICD) methodologies and tools (Gitlab-CI, Artifactory). Has a college or University degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
