About the Role Are you looking for an opportunity with hands-on training, group and individual coaching and ongoing support? 8Twelve Mortgage Power Network is expanding and is seeking new or experienced Mortgage Agents to join the team. In this role, you are a Motivated self-starter who will thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment. You will have the ability to manage multiple deals while nurturing and developing relationships, delivering exceptional response times, and increasing efficiency within the process. A snapshot of a typical week: Manage personal pipeline to ensure service standards and financial goals are met Work and establish and foster relationships with clients and assist them in making an informed decision Oversee the entire mortgage process for each client, from initial contact to completion, including application, document collection, lender submission, condition fulfillment and closing activities Ensure proper follow-up is given to each client throughout the mortgage process Act as an intermediary between a lender and a borrower who needs a mortgage loan Keep informed on trends and developments in the local real estate market, as well as changing rules and regulations, pertaining to both private and government-insured mortgages Requirements Success looks like if you are: Driven, motivated, self-starter, problem-solver, organized, great communicator Experienced.
