They will work closely with prospective customers during their Proof of Value (or trial) period, providing expert advice on their live projects or cases. Working alongside Account Executives, Product Specialists will help to convert prospects into customers. For existing customers, Product Specialists will assist Support and Technical Specialists to ensure a customer has a successful experience of the technology and help them to make the most of their AI technology investment. In this role, you will take the lead on installing and maintaining structured cabling systems across a variety of high-profile venues and stadiums. As a Senior Technician, you will also mentor junior technicians and ensure that projects are completed to the highest standards and within deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Lead the installation and termination of copper and fiber optic cabling including Cat5e, Cat6, and multimode fiber. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. Familiarity with testing and certification of cabling systems using industry-standard equipment. Knowledge of IP networking and data center infrastructure is a plus. Certifications such as BICSI Installer, Fiber Optic Certification, or similar are preferred but not mandatory. Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail. Physical ability to lift and move equipment, work in various environments, and perform tasks in adherence to safety protocols.
