I have 4 years of cleaning homes in the Whitby area. I like to look at the space for size and cleaning level needed to determine how long it would take to clean and I give a flat rate. If the first clean takes a little longer then the price may go down after if using my services going forward. I also have an assistant if the clean requires 2 people.
