For those that are more value oriented, this offers more adjustability than the Aeron through its 4D arm adjustments, adjustable lumbar tension and adjustable seat pan. This is great for either watching a lot of videos or trying to focus in making sure your emails are grammatically correct right before you send them off! I'm not sure if this is showing up on the pictures but the cream colour is really cool, almost like it's textured. Arm pads are great and soft, the cushion is thick and supportive with no signs of piling, cylinder is still and the back is hollow from within to stay breathable.
