My name’s Evelyn, I’ve always been passionate about healthy living, movement, and helping people feel good in their own skin. Earlier this year, I decided to become a full-time fitness trainer and I’m looking for a few motivated guys to try it out with me. This isn’t your typical “bootcamp” yelling style. I’m a little more… encouraging. My approach is inspired by a Japanese-style motivational system called the Onisan Method and it focuses on accountability, ritual, and fun, rather than just weights and diets. It has proven to be much more successful (and honestly, more enjoyable too) at achieving fitness goals. If you’ve tried everything, and are close to giving up, let me have a chance with you!
