A minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project management or a similar role. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, team members, and stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address project challenges proactively. Proficiency in project management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
