Our team is looking for a DevOps engineer with at least 6 years cloud and Kubernetes experience including specialization in ArgoCD.    Our project involves building automations for a greenfield managed service product in AWS and we are looking for candidates who are interested in building GitOps solutions. Core Technical Skills: DevOps Engineer with ArgoCD and GitOps Focus Required: Understanding of GitOps principles Strong familiarity with AWS.   Automation of application deployment by integrating ArgoCD with Git.  Creating and managing ArgoCD applications including synchronization strategies, and resource hooks Optimizing ArgoCD for performance and scalability Collaborating with development and operations teams to ensure alignment with application requirements Ability to troubleshoot synchronization issues, network connectivity, Kubernetes resource configurations in context of ArgoCD  Strong understanding of Kubernetes infrastructure.    Experience with languages like Bash, Python, or Go for automating tasks and extending Argo CD functionalities. Monitoring and logging tooling for observing ArgoCD and deployed applications.   Nice to Have: Previous experience building SaaS solutions and automation solutions.  Deploying/managing ArgoCD in support of production systems including HA/DR approaches.  Experience/exposure with Akuity. Terraform for managing underlying infrastructure.

Implement effective hiring and onboarding strategies. What we are looking for: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience leading engineering teams of 20-60 people. Familiarity with high availability and high-security development processes, supported by strong knowledge of Python, NodeJS, and, ideally, C/C++, Go, or Rust. Experience and demonstrated success with DevOps/systems integration, lightweight development practices, meeting strong SLAs, test-driven design in large scale internet-facing systems. Familiarity with distributed systems design on orchestration platforms like Kubernetes: queue-first architectures, sharding, etc. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. Demonstrated architecture and business/product need mapping expertise: gathering requirements, problem-solving, and reasoning about the best way forward given needs, timeline, and available resources.
