Requirements Key Responsibilities  Assist in solving user and business problems through thoughtful design.  Articulate design concepts and ideas to team members and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including developers, designers, researchers, and product managers—to translate requirements into clear design solutions.  Create documentation, wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications to communicate design ideas effectively.  Support the development and maintenance of our design system in Figma.  Contribute to motion design work, such as micro-interactions, transitions, and animations to enhance user experience.  Apply WCAG accessibility standards to all design work to ensure inclusive and usable experiences.  Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.  Conduct usability testing to evaluate and improve product designs.    Qualifications  Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a degree program in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field. Familiarity with design tools like Figma. Basic understanding of design principles and accessibility standards. Requirements Review and validate warehouse invoices for accuracy and policy compliance. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in invoices in collaboration with warehouses and vendors. Maintain organized records of all invoices and related documentation. Operational Support: Act as a liaison between the Global Expansion team, warehouses, and finance department. Support the implementation of cost-saving initiatives and operational improvements across warehouses. Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks. Qualifications Post-secondary degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in accounting, cost management, or operations support. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration in both English and Mandarin Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. The Project Accountant supports various teams in delivering new build construction, renovations, and special financial and automation projects by leading internal and external accounting initiatives. This role partners closely with corporate and operations stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to ensure financial accuracy and alignment.  Key responsibilities include establishing and managing budgets, reconciliations, driving initiatives in automation and efficiencies, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate brings strong project accounting expertise, advanced Excel skills, and a sharp attention to detail, enabling them to provide timely financial and operational insights that drive successful project outcomes that further economies of scale.  Annual Compensation Range  $60,000 – $75,000 / year  Responsibilities  Manage purchase orders, change orders, invoices, and prime contracts for new builds, conversions, and renovations.  Manage various projects in the areas of automation, financials planning, and process improvements.  Prepare and maintain weekly project performance reports for key stakeholders.  Identify and communicate billing discrepancies and scheduling delays to Construction Project Managers. Serve as primary liaison in the Finance department to align on project financials and cash flow forecasting. Participate in weekly project meetings, providing updates on project performance controls as required.  Requirements  Post-secondary education with 1–2 years of relevant experience accounting or accounting related field.  Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to navigate communication challenges.  Proactive and action-oriented, demonstrating initiative and ownership in previous roles.  Ability to perform and adapt in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.  Skilled in summarizing and presenting data concisely for executive-level reporting and presentations.  Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.  Familiarity with construction contracts, change order documentation, and construction accounting practices is considered an asset.  Experience in the construction industry is considered an asset.  Knowledge of restaurant operations is considered an asset.  This is an in-office role based in Vancouver, BC. Role Overview The Integration Specialist acts as a key liaison between clients, product managers, and the development team. You’ll ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients by guiding technical integrations, troubleshooting issues, and gathering enhancement requests. Capture client-specific customization requests and coordinate with the development team to implement them. Own the integration timeline for each new client, ensuring deliverables are met. Document product feedback and client requirements to support roadmap planning with the Product team. Provide timely responses to inquiries from clients and internal teams via email, Teams, and other messaging tools. Collaborate with Key Account and Development teams to promptly investigate and resolve integration issues (e.g., API errors, address parsing errors, incorrect postal codes, rate discrepancies, etc.). Serve as the first line of technical support for integration-related questions from BD, KA, or client teams. Support the Development team in identifying root causes, escalating when necessary, and ensuring resolution. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field Hands-on experience with API integration and web technologies (RESTful APIs, JSON, XML). Prior experience in logistics, e-commerce, or SaaS platforms is preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills; able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. Learn the systems end-to-end to support users with their issues and product requirements.
