Requirements Key Responsibilities  Apply knowledge of methodology and practices of UX qualitative and quantitative research. Work with cross-functional team members to define and prioritize research questions and develop UX metrics.  Conduct empirical research to identify and extract meaningful patterns of user behavior. Generate user experience insights that will help drive product improvements.  Assist with user interviews, journey mapping, and research synthesis.   Qualifications  Currently enrolled in a degree program in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, Computer Science, or a related field. Familiarity with UX research methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing.  Strong communication and collaboration skills.  Ability to analyze and integrate user feedback and research findings.  Benefits Public Holiday, Sick Leave, On-site Snacks, etc Salary range CAD $20 to $ 22 / Hour

Project Accountant
The Project Accountant supports various teams in delivering new build construction, renovations, and special financial and automation projects by leading internal and external accounting initiatives. This role partners closely with corporate and operations stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to ensure financial accuracy and alignment.  Key responsibilities include establishing and managing budgets, reconciliations, driving initiatives in automation and efficiencies, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate brings strong project accounting expertise, advanced Excel skills, and a sharp attention to detail, enabling them to provide timely financial and operational insights that drive successful project outcomes that further economies of scale.  Annual Compensation Range  $60,000 – $75,000 / year  Responsibilities  Manage purchase orders, change orders, invoices, and prime contracts for new builds, conversions, and renovations.  Manage various projects in the areas of automation, financials planning, and process improvements.  Prepare and maintain weekly project performance reports for key stakeholders.  Identify and communicate billing discrepancies and scheduling delays to Construction Project Managers.
