




Basic Requirements Hold a college diploma (DEC) in computer science recognized by the Ministry of Education or equivalent. Have 5 years of experience as an IT technician, including at least 2 years as a user support technician, accumulated within the last 10 years. Have completed, as a user support technician, 2 assignments of more than 220 person-days each within the past 6 years, in an environment comparable to the Client's in scale and complexity. Specific Requirements (optional or additional) Experience in technology migration in an environment comparable to the Client's; Experience deploying different versions of the Windows operating system and Microsoft 365 in environments comparable to the Client's; Experience with Microsoft SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager); Experience with the C2 Atom ticketing software.
