





Your team’s dynamic: Genetec is currently looking for a Functional Analyst. We are looking for a dynamic and efficient individual who loves to work in a fast-paced environment. You will allow Genetec to distinguish itself by providing its customers and business partners with value-added tools and portals. These new tools and portals will be closely linked to the various systems (such as ERP and CRM) already in place at Genetec. As a Functional Analyst, you will be responsible for designing solutions based on business requirement analysis. This includes performing gap analysis, evaluating the feasibility of a solution, preparing technical and functional design documentation, and interacting with the solutions architect, developers, QA analyst, and business analyst to ensure the solution aligns with business requirements. You will create functional design documents that include mock-ups and technical details of the solution to facilitate handoff to the development team. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to align requirements with system capabilities. Your day at a glance: Establish and maintain effective relationships and interactions with all stakeholders involved Develop functional design documentation that details the required solutions Create functional specifications and prepare conceptual wireframes and flowcharts Review solution design with the development team to translate into actionable tasks Analyze existing systems and identify areas for improvement Supervise product development according to specifications Contribute to project management activities Facilitate change and configuration management and create configuration documentation Monitor performance, identify variances, and propose necessary actions Conduct follow-ups and ensure software issues are resolved Enrich Genetec’s systems knowledge base and contribute to the development of the implementation framework and management activities using Kanban methodology What makes you a great fit: In-depth knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Dynamics products (D365 Finance and Operations) and CRM software At least 5 years of relevant experience 2 to 3 years of experience in ERP configuration and management Experience with ERP implementation or upgrade Ability to act as a change agent, strong interpersonal skills, and customer service focus Experience in a multinational business environment Superior communication and negotiation skills Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written (this role requires interaction with our international collaborators and customers) Your technical expertise: Experience with Functional Design and Analysis of Enterprise systems Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM) or F&O, SAP or other Experience in systems configuration to adapt to business process Experience in Training End users on news systems functionalities Functional understanding of Microsoft Dynamics migration, integration & customization, Power App Here’s what we offer!
