




The contract duration is expected to be from 3 to 5 years. Start date expected between Q1 and Q3 2025. Hybrid role. Working hours are normally between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday to Friday (35 hours per week), but may be extended during certain projects. 1. Perform maintenance, diagnostics, modifications, installation, configuration, inspection, and administration of network communication and telecom systems such as: a. wired and wireless communication systems, b. broadband radio, satellite, or microwave technologies, c. broadband fiber optic and copper wire technologies. 2. Configure and administer voice and data processing networks. 3. Ensure the availability of all telecommunications components across various environments. 4. Perform software and hardware updates for telecommunications equipment and adjust configurations as required. 5. Be available on call, when necessary, outside regular business hours to provide occasional or scheduled technical support, as needed. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in information technology, including 3 years in a role with similar responsibilities. Knowledge of access and distribution connectivity (LAN / MAN / IP / MPLS) Knowledge of wireless connectivity (radio communication, cellular, LoRaWan) Experience with service resilience (failover) Experience with network operations model (Level 1 → Level 2 → Level 3, Escalation) Professional-level French (written and spoken). Ability to pass a criminal background check. Ability to travel within the Quebec City area.
