We are looking for a strategic advisor in digital program and project management for one of our clients.   In the context of the priorities outlined in its action plan, the organization recognizes the importance of innovation and digital transformation as powerful organizational levers to achieve its ambitious transition toward a low-carbon and prosperous economy.   By supporting business partners in their transformation projects, the team aims to accelerate value delivery by ensuring better alignment and greater execution rigor.  Responsibilities: §  Provide strategic advice on digital program and project management (producing deliverables related to planning, governance implementation, project breakdown, monitoring, and accountability). §  Support planning activities, alignment with enterprise priorities, and tracking of project portfolio execution. §  Facilitate workshops and meetings related to the mandate. §  Prepare status reports and executive presentations. §  Support the management team in establishing practices, frameworks, new tools, and templates. §  Assist in change management activities related to the deployment of improvements, in collaboration with various stakeholders. Requirements and Qualifications: §  Bachelor's degree (BAC) in a field related to project, program, or digital portfolio management (or any other relevant field); §  Minimum of 10 years of experience managing large-scale projects and project portfolios within large organizations; §  Solid experience in setting up and monitoring program management practices, and strong ability to align with business objectives; §  Proven experience supporting organizations in their digital transformation; §  Strong synthesis skills, autonomy, analytical mindset, influential leadership, and ability to work in a team; §  Excellent oral and written communication skills in French; §  Experience in the energy sector is an asset; §  PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or master's degree in a relevant field is an asset.
