Your Role As an On Demand Service driver, you will take pride in playing a key role in ensuring the independence and mobility of our city’s most vulnerable passengers. Your efforts will directly contribute to their ability to access essential services, appointments, and daily activities safely and comfortably. You may be assisting passengers in boarding vehicles and maneuvering wheelchairs or other accessible devices. You may be attaching securement belts and lifting portable assistive devices as needed. You will ensure the proper restraint and security of passengers, devices, and mobility aids if applicable You are providing passengers with accurate information on fares, schedules and stops. You will maintain a safe and comfortable environment throughout the journey. You will communicate effectively and professionally with passengers and team members. You will adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards. You will be providing WOW! customer service to all passengers at all times You are comfortable with a fast paced physically demanding job (pushing wheelchairs with a maximum of 250lbs.
