Hourly Jam Space in Downtown Brampton available, limited spots

This is my private jam space that i use for my band, however it's not getting used to it's full potential. Looking to make it available to rent, Mon - Fri 12pm -9pm Walk in and play ! Full set of gear, including: 5 pc Gretsch drum kit Fender amps Yorkville bass amp There is keyboard and Korg synth PA Lighting if you wish to use it. There is also a multi track set up, so if interested you can get your full jams recorded multi track for future use. This space is Clean and well maintained, smoke free. I've rented many hourly jam spaces per hour around the cities, and have had monthly rooms, and this space is better than any of the public jam spaces. Only downside is the ceiling is not as high as I'd like. Looking to rent it during the week, making available 12pm-9pm, let me know what time and day you're looking to rent, and how often.
