Operations Team | Brampton, ON Positions to Fill: Five (5) Open Roles  Reason for Open Position: New Roles (Seasonal) Employment Type: Part-Time, Hourly, Seasonal (estimated 30-32h weekly). We’re looking for Five (5) Seasonal Shipping Coordinators to join our growing warehouse team, supporting Three Ships during our peak sales periods of Black-Friday/Cyber Monday and the December Holiday season!  Reporting to our Operations Manager, with a dotted-line to our Warehouse Manager, you will be the front line of fulfilling our promise to support our customers and retailers by picking and packing their orders at our warehouse facility. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Retrieve and process Shopify orders, ensuring high accuracy in order fulfillment. Perform assembly and kitting tasks based on orders and as requested by the supervisor. Ensure orders are ready for shipment to customers in adherence to delivery schedules. Pack additional retail and ecommerce orders as provided by the supervisor.  REQUIREMENTS Previous warehouse experience is an asset, ideally at a high-volume warehouse. Experience using RFID scanners when processing orders is an asset.  Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing, lifting, and carrying up to 20lb boxes. Possess clear and effective English communication skills, both written, reading comprehension and verbal. Comfortable using technology; previous experience using Shopify is an asset. Previous experience with pump trucks is an asset; Forklift certification is an asset. SCHEDULE LOGISTICS For this position, we will offer the following shifts: Daytime Shifts 9AM-5PM Monday-Friday. Seasonal Associates must be available for a minimum of 4 shifts per week (availability for 4 shifts per week means you can work at least 6h per day 4x weekly, during the shift timeline outlined above). Schedules will be provided to Seasonal Employees 2 weeks in advance. Schedules will be released in 3 week blocks. As this is a Part-Time position, Three Ships reserves the right to schedule to the needs of the business, this could be anywhere from 0h-32h weekly.
