I offer professional painting services. And also some renovation work. Such as 'tile flooring' and baseboard replacing. I also install kitchen/bath sinks and cabinets. Drywall repair. And some other repair services. I work locally in Guelph. A proper long-time Guelphite. At this time; I am considered a small business. So, that means I do not charge HST to work invoices (good for customers). I am very experienced as a painter and drywall repair/ mucker, as well Handy-man work. My specialties mostly aim toward interior painting of houses, apartment units, and entire building interiors (all common areas). I also do 'some' exterior house painting and balconies. Usually, I take on BIG projects. However; generally I can also find the time to fit in smaller projects too. The larger the project, equates to the better discounts that I try to give for my customers. I also offer a couple other 'bonuses' to customers. One of them being that I allow customers to make 'installed payments' on an invoice. Over the course of months. This even includes for larger projects. Where most contractors will not offer or allow payment installments. I allow payment installments. Because I find that there is a market for properties (especially buildings and large homes); where a customer really wants to make the place look good. But, does not quite have the instant budget for it. I aim to help budget for my customers over a time duration, if needed. Smaller work orders can also be put on installments. This is fine too.
