Description

Assist in the scheduling and coordination of day-to-day production activities.  Support team leads in managing the workflow and tracking production timelines.  Facilitate communication between artists, supervisors, and other departments to ensure production goals are met.  Maintain detailed records of production progress, including updates in Shotgun.  Organize and participate in production meetings, documenting discussions and follow-ups.  Coordinate resources and supplies needed for production activities.  Identify potential issues in the production pipeline and proactively engage solutions with the team.  Assist in preparing reports and updates for management and stakeholders.  Requirements 1-2 years of experience in a production coordinator role, preferably in animation or television.  Proficiency in Shotgun or equivalent production tracking software.  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.  Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.  Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.  Basic understanding of the animation production process is a plus.  Benefits Pay Range: CAD $ 1200 - 1400$ per week    This salary range provided reflects our current expectations for these roles as of this posting’s date. Responsibilities: Bake a variety of goods and desserts from scratch, such as cookies, pies, and bread. Assist with daily breakfast specials and eggs to order. Work with the kitchen team to create menu plans and input on breakfast specials. Practice proper food inventory control by using the "first in first out" rotation procedures. Participate in a Food Safety Plan using advanced HACCP recording methods. Ensure safe food storage and labeling of potential food allergy items. Participate in daily toolbox meetings and monthly worksite inspections. Adhere to safe work practices and report any safety concerns. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
