Assist in the scheduling and coordination of day-to-day production activities. Support team leads in managing the workflow and tracking production timelines. Facilitate communication between artists, supervisors, and other departments to ensure production goals are met. Maintain detailed records of production progress, including updates in Shotgun. Organize and participate in production meetings, documenting discussions and follow-ups. Coordinate resources and supplies needed for production activities. Identify potential issues in the production pipeline and proactively engage solutions with the team. Assist in preparing reports and updates for management and stakeholders. Requirements 1-2 years of experience in a production coordinator role, preferably in animation or television. Proficiency in Shotgun or equivalent production tracking software. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of the animation production process is a plus.
