About the Role As a Shift Lead, you will oversee day-to-day site operations and a team of Security Officers, ensuring safety protocols are followed and delivering superior customer service. You’ll work closely with NL Health Services management, perform site patrols, respond to emergency codes, and maintain accurate reporting. Seeking professional drivers with end dump experience to join our team. We run good equipment and are looking for good drivers who enjoy working with a great team. Must have min. 2 years highway experience. Gravel hauling experience preferred. There may be an owner operator position available depending on the candidate. We have long haul contracts paying .60 cents per mile plus bonus’s as well as daily short haul paying $23-26/hour starting wages pending experience.
