Warehouse Person Blainville, QC Onsite - Permanent Full-Time Reference Number: CAN-QC-BLA-123-120825 Working Hours: Monday to Friday; Evening shift from 3:30 to 11:30pm SUMMARY Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Warehouse Person is responsible for operating a forklift and manually assembling products for customer orders, loading orders onto customers’ trucks, receiving inventory from suppliers, and receiving and restocking customer returns. EXPECTED CONTRIBUTIONS Unloads building material supplies safely and promptly from delivery trucks and properly places in the warehouse. Accurately, efficiently, and safely picks and assembles customer orders. Processes receiving tallies and packing slips without delay. Assists customers by loading orders onto delivery trucks. Conducts spot inventory counts. Receives and restocks inventory returns. Maintains a clean and organized warehouse. Adheres to all work safety rules and regulations. Adheres to customer service commitments. Requirements KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Certification in the following equipment is required: Counterbalance Forklift. General building materials knowledge is an asset and preferred. Minimum one-year warehouse experience and be familiar with order picking process. Able to lift up to 50 pounds or 23 kilograms regularly and up to 85 pounds occasionally. Bending, lifting, and reaching during course of shift. Receiving experience an asset. Must have own steel-toed boots. Reporting to the Shop Manager, the Heavy Equipment Technician JM/Apprentice will be responsible for diagnosing and completing repairs required on Victor Energy’s heavy equipment (Excavators, Digger Derrick Booms, Skid Steer, Drive Heads, and Loaders, picker trucks, tracked carriers, semi trucks, automotive and support equipment). Must have the ability to troubleshoot major and minor mechanical problems, as well as to repair and adjust all necessary mechanical components including hydraulic systems. Using state of the art equipment, our trained technicians will repair your vehicle properly so that you can get back on the road safely.  The role of a Parts coordinator is to efficiently process and manage parts for the collision facility. Parts are a main artery of a collision facility, which is an integral part of the operation and performance. The parts coordinator must have a sense of urgency and an attention to detail. The parts coordinator assists with parts from start to finish. Primary Objectives of the Role Assist Estimator with parts sourcing for claims. (Part pricing, availability, confirmations, finding vendors) Receive parts orders from various vendors, confirm parts billed are in hand and accounted for. Sign for order with vendor. Check parts for shipping damage. Minimize parts delays by capturing mistakes. Mirror match parts to dissembled parts or photos in management system for accuracy. (proper options, finish, correct side of vehicle, quantity) Receive parts on hand immediately in management system upon arrival, scan invoice into management system, and process invoice for payment as per shop payables policy. Project The Woodfibre LNG Project is located approximately 7 km west-southwest of Squamish, British Columbia. It involves the construction and operation of a liquefied natural gas (LNG) export facility on the previous Woodfibre pulp mill site, which will have a storage capacity of 250,000 m3 and would produce approximately 2.1 million tons per year of LNG. Woodfibre Management Ltd. is a privately held Canadian company based in Vancouver and a subsidiary of Pacific Energy Corporation Limited. Position The Loading Master is an integral part of Woodfibre LNG’s dynamic team and will be responsible of all the activities related to mooring and loading of LNG carriers berthing to Woodfibre’s floating storage and marine terminals facility. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Marine Operations and will join early in the project execution phase to support the operations readiness effort for an efficient transition to the operations phase and supporting the company’s objective of becoming a safe, reliable and efficient LNG producer in BC, Canada.   Responsibilities   During the Project Execution phase, the successful applicant will: Provide oversight and technical support to sign long term tug services agreements as well as other terminal services such as piloting. Ensure implementation of company’s TERMPOL project recommendations prior to start of operations, Including the completion of Full Mission Bridge Simulations (FMBS) to the satisfaction of the regulating authority. Marine budget control and foresight contributing to the Plant Operations budget Develop Company’s marine operating procedures as well as government approved terminal operations manual and marine emergency response plan. Loading Master provides the key interface between the vessel and the Terminal coordinating activities and ensuring that a high level of communication is maintained to manage any issues that may arise effectively. Responsible of pre-arrival correspondences with concerned parties, Supervise Berthing, Mooring and Un-berthing of LNG Tankers, Conduct Pre-load meetings with vessel's senior officers, carry out Pre-load safety inspection. Maintain Marine Operational oversight of the cargo transfer operation and will be in attendance for all critical activities to ensure the safe and on time completion of loading operation, conduct periodical safety inspections and issuing of cargo documentation. Revise the LNG Tankers' compatibility studies and support marine assurance vessel pre-approval activities. Provide technical support to marine logistics team, inspect contracted service boats such as barges and other supply vessels, as needed. Fulfill necessary duties as part of the Emergency Response command team as define by the company. Requirements Requirements and Experience Experience as a Master Mariner or Cargo Office for LNG carriers or other liquified gases ships Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Loading Master in LNG terminals Experience in floating LNG facilities preferred (FSU, FSRU, FLNG) Experience in the marine assurance activities such as vessel compatibility assessments and other pre-approval activities General experience in the various marine activities related to the operations of an LNG terminal, including contracting marine services, agency, pilotage, marine logistics.
