Description

Key Responsibilities: Recording Financial Transactions: Accurately record all income, expenses, and financial activities using accounting software(quick book,Avaal, Microsoft excel). Accounts Receivable and Payable: Manage accounts receivable (invoicing customers) and accounts payable (paying bills). Reconciliation: Reconcile bank accounts, Payroll: Calculate and prepare payroll cheques and manage payroll deductions. And make Incorporation drivers payroll, Tax Reporting: Prepare and file tax returns (e.g., corporate tax, HST, source deductions). Reporting: Prepare financial statements and other reports for management. Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Data Entry: Accurately input financial data into accounting software. Collections: Assist in the collection of outstanding accounts receivable.
