Skills Experience working with children in various settings, particularly in a classroom or caregiving environment. Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices. Patience and understanding when working with children, especially those with disabilities. Creativity in developing fun and educational activities that stimulate learning. General Child Care Tasks: • Wash and care for the children’s clothes. • Organize the children’s toys and keep their rooms tidy. • Prepare meals for the children (including the 2-year-old, 11-year-old, and 17-year-old). • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment for the children. 3. Supervision and Safety: • Supervise the children indoors and outdoors to ensure their safety. • Participate in activities that promote positive behavior and personal growth. • Assist the 11-year-old and 17-year-old with homework and other daily tasks as needed. • Ensure the children follow established routines and household rules, supporting their physical and emotional well-being. Minimum Employment Requirements: • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate OR Equivalent experience • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. • Physically able to lift at least 20 pounds. • Good overall health and ability to perform daily care and household tasks.
